1. Fear of being scammed / dealing with an unqualified company Concerns: First-time cooperation, risk of non-delivery after payment, unqualified or fake business.
Solutions:
Ⅰ.We can provide business license, factory overview videos, workshop images and customs export records.
Ⅱ.Transaction process:
PI confirmation → 30% deposit → Mass production → Pre-shipment inspection and video recording → Final balance payment
2.Concern about product qualification and compliance Concerns: Whether the company has mandatory industry certifications such as API6D, CE, ISO, TS, PED, etc.
Solutions:
Ⅰ.Complete Qualification & Verified Authenticity
We possess full set of core mandatory valve certifications including API6D, CE, PED, ISO and TS.All documents are officially verifiable,which satisfy global customs clearance and project bidding requirements.
Ⅱ..Global Compliance with Independently Held Factory Certifications
All qualifications conform to import regulations across Europe,the Middle East,East Asia,Southeast Asia,Africa as well as North and South
America,tailored for oil,gas and high-pressure chemical industrial projects.
All certifications are permanently owned in-house.Production is executed under standardized certified protocols,possessing prominent advantages in product compliance and overall quality.
3. Fear of poor quality / fake material (core concern for valve buyers) Concerns: Wrong material, insufficient wall thickness, substandard pressure rating, easy to break.
Solutions:
Ⅰ. We provide Material Test Certificates (MTC) as well as 100% hydrostatic and pneumatic test reports for every valve.
Ⅱ. We supply testing videos prior to shipment and accept third-party inspection by SGS, BV and Intertek.
4.Fear of delayed delivery and project disruption Concerns: Failed to keep promised lead time, causing serious delays to customer schedules.
Solutions:
Ⅰ. Delivery schedules shall be clearly specified and legally binding within the PI.
Ⅱ. Weekly production progress updates will be provided; any potential delivery delays will be notified in advance.
5.Fear of no after-sales support Concerns: No support after sales, no responsibility for quality problems.
Solutions:
1. We provide a 12–24 month warranty.Free replacements and spare parts are covered throughout the warranty term.
2. All email inquiries will be responded within 24 hours to ensure prompt resolution.
6. Fear of overpricing or hidden charges Concerns: Unreasonably high quotation, low cost-performance for similar products.
Solutions:
Ⅰ.Pricing is determined by material, wall thickness, industry standards and product configuration.
Ⅱ.Volume-based tiered pricing available;exclusive discounts and benefits for long‑term cooperative partners.
7.Fear of damage in transit due to poor packaging Concerns: Collision, rust, moisture, or damage during sea shipment.
Solutions:
Ⅰ.All products adopt export-grade plywood packing with moistureproof & reinforced structure,fumigated and EU-standard pallets are optional.
Ⅱ.Free replacement will be offered for goods damaged in shipment upon valid photo evidence.
8.Fear of customs clearance failure due to incomplete documents Concerns: Missing certificates / documents, storage fees from failed clearance.
Solutions:
Ⅰ.We supply complete customs clearance documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, CE, ISO and relevant certificates.
Ⅱ.All documents are compiled strictly in accordance with import regulations of destination countries.
9. Fear of unsafe payment Concerns: Abnormal account, high payment risk, risk of fraud.
Solutions:
Ⅰ.Standard payment term:30% T/T deposit, the balance settled prior to shipment.
Ⅱ.Payment via official corporate account,flexible payment terms available for long‑term clients.
10. Fear of mismatched technical parameters Concerns: Unsuitable pressure, temperature, medium, or connection for working conditions.
Solutions:
Ⅰ. Specifications including pressure, temperature, medium, connection mode and standards will be confirmed item by item.
Ⅱ. Offer official drawings for confirmation, non-standard customization is acceptable.
